This was our first time in America, our expectations were exceeded at every level! The villa was beautiful with everything you needed plus extra! The pool & spa were so warm could not keep the kids out, with the games room as well they were very happy!
Value for money was fantastic - woud not hesitate to come back again, and would recommend it to all our family & friends. Its a shame we have to elave to go home!!!

We walked in and couldn't believe our eyes. this villa is gorgeous and complete. There were 9 of us staying here - 5 adults and 4 kids and this house was sooooo directed towards children. Thank you we will definately tell all of our friends and hopefully we'll be back soon

We had a fantastic time staying at your villa. We were not expecting it to be this beautiful! The kids enjoyed the pool and games room very much. Staying here made us realize how nice Florida really is and now are having thoughts of buying holiday home just like this one! Thanks for providing us with such an amazing place! Well where to start! It was very nice to stay in such a lovely place that felt like home. Plenty of room for all and the kids loved having their own space Wish we had more time to spend just relaxing around the house - maybe next time.

Just a quick email to thank you for our wonderful stay at your Villa in Florida. We couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect! We all had a great time....did some of the Disney things, beach activities, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer. The upgrade to the 5 bedroom was much appreciated.....the extra bedroom was perfect as our little girl had her own room (the 4 little boys shared the other two so she was happy for the break away from them!!!). My uncle lives in Lakeland for the winter, so he was able to come over for a Sunday BBQ.
We will definitely keep you in mind for next year (and hope you will too). I have been telling my friends about your properties. Actually, one friend is interested in a smaller villa in the area for October of next year .

Just got back....but wish we were there. Left Florida in the high 80's, then landed in Gatwick with the snow! A quick note to say 'Thank-You'. Staying at your (newest) villa was superb. We all had a fantastic time and the villa was more than we could have hoped for. I'll call you when I get a chance, but for now a huge thanks.

This isn't a holiday home its a palace! We had a wonderful 2 weeks made extra special by having our own pool and own space (something which a hotel doesn't provide) Our 4 children and 1 four month old baby have enjoyed all the facilities here. We have had a fantastic time and don't want to leave!

We had a great stay in Florida. We recommend future guests definately swim with the dolphins at Discovery Covr, this is one of the best days of our trip.

What a Merry Christmas! Your home is beautiful. with every amenenity one could hope for while away from home. Our boys had space to run around and play, and the pool was fun for all. We hope to return in thefuture & would definately recommend to EVERYONE!

You're house is truly beautiful, the finishing touches make this house something 'special'. The pool was so warm and well kept and the hot-tub was great! The house has everything you would possibly need. I really really wish I could have stayed longer and will certainly be back! Definately a holiday of a lifetime!
