*Each client will be checked in or seen within 24 hours of their arrival*(subject to clients availability)

*Monthly contact with you either by email or telephone with full status report of home.

*Your home will be checked weekly inside & out irrespective of rentals.

*Our fully inclusive fee includes all filters, batteries, light bulbs, lawn treatments etc (comprehensive list with agreement)

*Our Professional qualified & licensed team will care for your home to the highest standards

We are so confident that we can fulfill our promises, we will deduct 10% from the following months fee should we fail –

In order to offer the 5 star total peace of mind guarantee, places are limited and clients are accepted strictly on a first come first served basis – so don’t delay – call today to secure your place.

Your pool & spa will be looked after by certified pool & spa operators & their team….your pool/spa will be cleaned regularly, tested and the correct chemicals added to keep it sparkling throughout the year. We will replace your filter annually and your pool deck will be scrubbed monthly in order to maintain the deck (jet washing caused cracking and peeling of the paint) and your lanai will also be cleaned thoroughly each month.

We will even replace level 1 (ground level) pool screen net that may become damaged**

Our dedicated team will check & replace as necessary all batteries, lights bulbs & air filters. Your fire extinguisher will also be kept up to date as required by Florida Law. We will check the inside & outside of your home on a weekly (minimum) basis to ensure the integrity of all points of access is secure. We recommend that if you have an alarm it be monitored – we do not have a problem with this at all! Whilst we can not guarantee bookings we will include your home on our website at no additional charge.

We prefer clients to pay all their own utility bills and will assist in the set up of monthly payments to the necessary companies.

Your home will also covered under Massey pest prevention program – giving total peace of mind.

We are working closely with Massey to ensure you have the best possible lawn & garden

We will mow your lawn, trim the edges, weed eat around the house & trees, debris blown away, cut & maintain shrubby & hedges*, mulch beds *& check your irrigation system each month. Minor repairs will be carried out on heads if necessary **

Massey will do all lawn & shrubbery treatments & pesticides and only use phosphorous-free fertilizers – they will visit once a month with our team and will keep your lawn & landscape weed free, disease free & healthy. This program that we have negotiated with Massey offers you security knowing you are fully protected against pests and receiving the best possible service from 2 excellent companies working together to provide an unsurpassed service.

*additional charges apply for hedges over 4’ and greater than 90’ in length, mulching greater than 90 linear ft. ** does not include Florida glass, hurricane damage/damage to screen structure not included. Any damage we cause will be replaced & basic sprinkler heads only covered.

We can offer white PVC bin stores to conform with your HOA specifications for just $374.50 inclusive of tax.

Having problems with your pool heater - this could be due to excessive rain runoff the roof & straight into the heater -

we will install a length of gutter with down pipe to divert the flow for just $64.20 inclusive of tax
